ScanTastik Terms and Conditions

Any visitor to this site, whom uses the prices and/or information on this site whether for purchase via on line order or other methods or for reference hereby agrees to the terms and conditions as set forth below. ScanTastik reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any purchase of goods from ScanTastik Corporation shall be subject to ScanTastik's Policies, Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms and conditions that may be stated on any quotation, proposal, correspondence or invoice. By placing an order, customer consents to and agrees to abide by any and all ScanTastik Terms and Conditions:

Warranty and Accuracy
ScanTastik makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the information posted on scantastik.com (Site). While ScanTastik makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data, our Site may include typographical errors and technical inaccuracies. In addition, photos may not represent actual products. Prices listed on this Site are updated frequently and are current to the best of our knowledge when posted. Some products, prices, manufacturer promotions or offers may change before we can demonstrate that change onto our Site. In the event of a cost increase or other change which affects your order, we will contact you to determine whether you want to adjust your order to the new price or cancel your order. ScanTastik reserves the right to decline any orders.

Copyrights, Trademarks
ScanTastik grants you the user, the right to inspect this site for products and services which you intend to purchase and use for your personal benefit or the benefit of your corporation. All copyrights, trademarks, graphics and photos of manufacturers products offered on this site are the property of their respective owners.

Intellectual Access
Any attempt to copy content, data, metadata, software, scripts, pricing or other techniques used on this site for any purpose, without the written consent of ScanTastik is expressly forbidden. Any attempt to monitor, capture, spider, link to, download from, associate through link or third party transmission, or visit repeatedly or otherwise for the benefit of a competing commercial entity is prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate the content or access of potential users via the use of email, scripts, viruses, visitation, re-visitation or other abusive or intrusive measures without the written permission of ScanTastik is expressly forbidden. ScanTastik reserves the right to prosecute anyone who violates the terms of this agreement under any laws such as Copyright, Trademark, Internet or other Government regulations that may apply.

Manufacturer Warranties
ScanTastik disclaims all other warranties including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, whether expressed or implied.

Liabilities
In no event shall ScanTastik be liable for any damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought. The limits of any liability shall be limited to the customers original purchase price.

Shipments
ALL Equipment ships FOB. This means Free On Board. If you request delivery to a Residence, you must notify us at the time of your purchase to upgrade the shipment to a "signature required" delivery which may or may not incur an additional fee. Neither ScanTastik Inc. nor it's carriers are liable for lost or stolen packages as a result of residential delivery issues. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping charges may apply. Please read our return policy.

Export
Due to our licensing agreements, ScanTastik does not export outside of the United States.

Force Majeure
ScanTastik shall not be liable for loss or damages or delay due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of Nature (GOD), acts of the purchaser, fire, strikes, lockouts or other labor disruptions, flood, epidemic, civil or military restrictions, embargoes, vehicle related issues, wrecks, delays in transportation or inability to obtain necessary labor or products. In the event such delay has occurred the delivery will be extended for a period equal to the time lost by the reason of the delay without effect to the manufacturer's warranty and restrictions.

Sales
ScanTastik reserves the right to:

reject any orders placed by the purchaser and refund any amounts paid by purchaser
limit quantities below the amount requested by the purchaser

Returns
Product returns are subject to Manufacturer Restrictions. Not all products are eligible for return. Customer agrees to follow the ScanTastik Return Policy before attempting to return any products.

Claims
If Customer makes any claims against ScanTastik Corporation, Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in the County of Cobb, State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute relating in any way to your purchase shall be submitted to confidential arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Customer Additional Charges
If necessary, Customer authorizes ScanTastik Corporation to charge their Credit Card or reimburse ScanTastik for any restocking or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.

Certain links will allow you to leave ScanTastik's Web site. ScanTastik is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. ScanTastik provides these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the site by ScanTastik nor of the site's endorsement of ScanTastik.

External Links
ScanTastik grants you the right to link to this site's default page (home page) for the benefit of your return to this site, or to inform others of the commercial availability of products and services of this site, but not for any link which can be used to defame, injure or disrespect the reputation of ScanTastik and/or its products or suppliers.

Purchase Orders
We understand that some government entities by law, must receive goods before payment can be authorized. We extend net 30 terms (at ScanTastik's sole discretion) for those entities who qualify. ScanTastik does, on occasion, extend net payment terms to businesses at ScanTastik's sole discretion. Additional fees may apply, completion of ScanTastik's credit application is required. All purchase orders issued to ScanTastik are subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in these web pages and cannot be usurped by any terms or conditions as specified on any purchase order without the written permission of authorized ScanTastik personnel. Acceptance of a Purchase Order by ScanTastik does not constitute acceptance of any terms within a Purchase Order.
