Canon Consumable kits are available
for most models and contain end-user serviceable items.
Each kit contains factory made parts designed for that model. Some models
have pick pads, other have pick pads and pick rollers, and may have brake rollers or exchange rollers.
There is only one kit for each model. The proper kit is listed below.
(We do not break up kits to sell individual parts.)
Rollers touch and feed the paper. Like bald tires, the
ridges on the rollers wear down and cannot 'grab' the paper to feed it.
You might try cleaning them, but once the ridges wear down, they will
slip just like bald tires and not grab single sheets or not feed at all.
