Due to the Network nature of this model, many people purchase this model and then want to return it when they cannot configure the scanner to work with their network. You should have a trained IT person on staff available to configure this model. It is not hard to configure if you have network experience. Epson Technical Support can not help you configure this scanner to work with your network. Only your IT person knows your network settings. Please download the User Manual (above) to be sure you can configure this with your network.
