These models deliver speed, image quality, and advanced paper handling, as well as true ease of integration and compatibility with more than 200 imaging applications. Ricoh is the price/performance leader with such standard features as built-in automatic document feeders for rapid, unattended scanning of multiple documents, USB interfaces, and on most workgroup scanners, flatbeds for books, bound reports, or fragile originals.
Scanner Warranty:
Warranties are based on the model, for example, the entry level models have 1 year exchange, others have 3 month on site/9 month return to depot, while the more robust scanner models may have 90 day on site warranties. All models have an optional warranty upgrade, give us a call to review the plan that fits your budget
Scanner Care Kits:
All models have some parts that are user serviceable. To that end, they sell "kits" that are designed for the particular model. The parts are for the parts that will wear out, such as the Pick Roller, which grabs the bottom of the paper, and the Pick Pad, which holds the top of the paper. Also, the Scan Care Kits come with cleaning supplies such as cleaning sheets, cleaning fluid, etc.
